With space for up to eight lucky beachgoers, this rental features a private, furnished balcony, a spacious and comfortable living area and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests of this Summerchase condo will also enjoy on-site deluxe amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and convenient beach access.

We loved the location, balcony, living room seating, dining room seating. The condo set up was nice and the renovations done well. There were just a few items that need to be addressed with the bedding and floor cleanliness. The check in and out was very easy.

We loved the condo. Fairly large and the furniture and decor was very nice. The beach area was not overly crowded. Location was wonderful. Our only complaint is the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot for 30 minutes the soles of our feet were black. This was also an issue for our family in another condo in same building, so this would be an issue with cleaning company. Aside from this, our visit was wonderful.

Great place with a good location BUT…

Place was nice, very spacious and equipped with everything you would need to stay for a few days. The location was also a plus. I was really disappointed in the parking situation. There was not always a parking spot available and we were told we had to park across the busy street. Also all the amenities shut down at 10pm, including the swimming pools. Other than the parking and 10pm curfew, everything was great.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay here! The place was generally very clean and pretty spacious! The balcony setup was great to sit and watch the sun rise and set and watch the waves when we couldn’t be down at the beach. The private beach access was super convenient too as we had our 13 month old with us. Definitely recommend this condo!

Ideal location!

Summerchase is a great location with a very short walk to the beach. It is also very close to good restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful. 407 is a very comfortable and clean condo.

Great room

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few plumbing issues but after contacting Vacasa it was resolved. Parking is limited so I am curious how they handle if lot is full but this didn’t affect us. We will remember this property next time we visit.

Family vacay

Kitchen could have been stocked with more pots and utensils but the rest of the condo was great. Loved not having high rise condos next door which made for less crowded beaches. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t have to contact the manager. Overall great trip. Would stay here again.
