The Expedia listing says the property has a private beach and spa services is not true. If there is a discount agreement with some lidos, the front desk associate did not inform us when telling us about the beach options. Everything about the room was satisfactory except that the shower design is not good. Water leaks everywhere in the bathroom. Nice breakfasts.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Puglia.

Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care.

Although the structure was about an 18 minute walk to the centre of Historic Lecce, we chose this hotel for a one week stay because it was very historical and beautiful. Starting from the reception staff to the breakfast staff they were very obliging and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was kept up to date with ample food by Katia and her colleagues to make sure nothing was missing. An employee, Antonio, went beyond his regular duties to make sure we had English tv channels. The room was very spacious and provided ample space for a very comfortable stay. The room was kept clean. There were two restos to chose from a 5 star Michelin and a traditional one.
