Large 3 Storey Town house - Perfect Long term or Holiday Let Located on a wide Avenue with well spaced out detached and semi detached properties surrounding it.

Situated on the Playa Flamenca Coast (Oriheiula Costa) and near to the renowned La Zenia and Paddys Point. Well appointed throughout and with lounge, dining room, kitchen and washroom on the ground floor. The first floor boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and a family size bathroom including bath, shower & bidet. The roof top solarium is large and offers a perfect suntrap, sheltered from the wind.

The views are delightful. A full sized swimming Pool (shared) accompanies the property at the rear. Air conditioning on the ground floor. A large front garden and parking space complete the ground floor. An abundance of bars and restaurants are nearby and a car is not needed. The property is Ideal for a relaxing beach, pool , family or golfing holiday (La Manga , Campoamor, Villa Martin are all nearby).
