This beautiful holiday home is located in an upscale urbanization. You can reach the beach of Punta Prima in a few minutes on foot.

For the hot summer days you have a communal pool that is only shared by a few neighbors.

This house has a total floor space of about 80 square meters. Another extension of approx. 24 sqm can be used as an additional bedroom. Thus, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

If you want to stay outside, you can do so on the cozy terrace on the ground floor, enjoy your breakfast on the balcony next to the bedroom or relax with a barbecue on the roof terrace (solarium).

If you don't want to do without modern media, you can use the WLAN or watch German, Spanish, Russian, English or other foreign-language programs via satellite.

Dishes for 12 people are available. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils if you want to prepare your own meals.

You can park directly at the house. All important shops (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity (radius of 400 meters)

WLAN costs in the period from 01.09. until 31.05. a fee of €25.00. (Wifi is free in summer)
With a very high power consumption of more than 50 kWh per week, each KW is charged at €0.40.
If you want to arrive later than midnight, you must discuss this beforehand and find a solution there. Arrival after midnight is NOT permitted.

When booking, please note that the pool area may be closed outside of the high season if renovations are being carried out there. Therefore, pool access cannot be guaranteed outside of the high season.
