This was a lovely place to stay, they did seem upset about our dog staying too. We paid all the needed fees for him, and he was well behaved… I’m sure it’s because he is big. Overall they were friendly, the location was great . Close to river walk..

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the bedding and bed were comfortable. The shower was clean and the drain had a cover, so no nasty smells. The hotel is very simple but it’s an appealing place. The sound of the river which flows next to it was also lovely. The hotel seemed busy but wasn’t noisy. It was a little cool, but there was a blanket available which I didn’t need. I also appreciated the fly/mosquito screens on all the windows. Just two small things, the curtains didn’t have a hook to keep them open and they wouldn’t draw, so they stayed closed the whole time. Also, wasn’t keen on having to leave my key when I went out at reception and also having to wait for the room to be checked before I left. This never happened in any other hotel I’ve stayed at before. I’d recommend the place though, staff didn’t speak English but helped as much as they could and there is a cute coffee shop in the lobby too. Really good stay.

I Love dogs, but not aggressively dogs, in my first day one dog bite me. I talked to management they just ignored she said, they lived today. New City , I don't know what to do. Call the authorities police, animal services. Not attention at all.

Everything was fine except for two things: the toilet seat was completely loose. I reported it and they said they would fix it quickly; they never did. We found some very, very small insects in the bed. We're not sure what they were, but we didn't report them because they ignored our previous complaint.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, siendo un punto medio entre la catedral, el palacio de hierro y zona centro en general, por un lado, y la Alameda y el teleférico por otro. Excelente atención por parte del personal y limpieza diaria de la habitación con reposición de menages de aseo.

El lugar es bueno de manera general, céntrico, económico, pero hace falta servicio de alimentos, telefonía interna, y la pantalla de la televisión es pequeña, La decoración inmobiliaria del hotel me llevaron a los años 70s, limpio tranquilo buen ambiente pero tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, un solo problema como está junto al río hay demasiados moscos
