Stay in a family community in the sunshine of Florida! You’ve been looking for location, space, and comfort, and now you’ve found it! At this home, you will find all you need to have the most memorable time in Orlando, staying near Disney parks, shopping malls, and restaurants. Included in your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy Fiesta Key clubhouse, with a huge swimming pool, gym, and a tennis court. NOTE: THE CLUBHOUSE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REMODEL. STARTING JAN 29TH 2024\. ESTIMATED TO BE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 30th 2024\. The extra pool that was recently built will remain open. The space On the townhouse's main floor, you’ll find: \- a fully equipped kitchen, with stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, sandwich press, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, and a counter with four seats; \- dining room with table for six; \- living room with 2 and 3-seat couches, a cozy lounging chair, and Smart TV; \- a cozy veranda with a breakfast table for 4 and a gorgeous view of the lake. \- a half-bathroom; Upstairs, you’ll find: \- bedroom 1: queen-size bed and smart TV; \- bedroom 2: bunk bed with a full-size bed under, twin bed above, and a pull-out twin bed, desk and chair, and smart TV; \- bathroom with double sink and bathtub. \- bedroom 3: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, and smart TV \- laundry area with washer and dryer, EXTRAS \- Optional BBQ Grill; \- Optional Pack ‘n Play, \- Optional High chair. \- High-speed wireless internet (please note that for internet and TV services it is not our responsibility in case of outages, since it is a third-party service); \- Washer and dryer; \- Hairdryer and iron; \- Smoke detectors; \- Hygiene starter kit (which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper - one per bathroom). – THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY: \*\*\*We only provide a first-night starter pack as this home is self-catering\*\*\* Although we provide the start amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $200.00 minimum. This home is under a pest control protocol applied by a professional company. But as this is a garden-style property, it means that its front and back doors have exit points to the outside, we ask all guests to please not leave any of the doors open as in Florida’s climate there are insects all year long, and leaving doors and windows open will allow unwanted entry. – HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied. We use a professional company for washing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. – FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out. – TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash accordingly. Guests are responsible for their own trash. The trash collection only happens when the trash is properly placed inside the trash bins without overflowing and in proper trash bags. If there's excessive trash that won't fit the bins or it there's any garbage placed directly in the bins, the resort will not collect it. If this case occurs, we will hire a private trash collection service and the costs of U$100.00 + taxes will be redirected to the guests. All trash should be placed inside the bins in front of the house. The collection happens 7 days a week from 6 am to 2 pm. – BBQ GRILL: The use of the BBQ Grill is NOT included in the rental rate. The house has a grill available for rent. That will be provided for USD 130; this fee will cover 1 gas refill. If interested, you need to notify us before arrival. A $30 connection fee will be charged if it is ordered after check-in. \- INTERNET / CABLE: We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are complimentary services for our guests. – PARTIES: All homes that have a noise nuisance that ends up with the police being called to the house will result in a $500 FINE. Stayed here 2 years ago, unit was lovely with the exception that amenities were sparse . 1 roll of TP, 1 DW pod, 1 roll of Paper towel, 1 garbage bag…but the unit was tidy. This this trip to the same unit was a bit of a letdown. The night we arrived we discovered that the patio door lock did not work and by the looks of it hadn’t worked.. We ended up shoving a broom handle in the track for security. We sent owner a message and she was quick to respond, but we left the handle there while we were visiting. In the bedrooms when we arrived one of the closet doors was in the closet because the track was broken. The screen on the patio door also did not work. The toilet on the main floor runs constantly, and I noticed in the guest book, that several other people had mentioned that. The batteries that run the keyless entry died shortly after we arrived so we went and bought batteries, because it seemed like the quickest solution to the problem.The drain in the en suite is loose, as is the transition strip between the hallway and the spare bedroom. We were there two years ago, and the pool heater was broken, and it’s still broken. The lights in the tennis court didn’t work two years ago and they’re still not working. Disappointing for such a nice area. We came to Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my son who works at Disney and my inlaws who live in Tampa. It was nice having a welcoming home to return to after eating way too much Thanksgiving dinner. The roomy accomodations were perfect.We enjoyed hanging at Disney Springs on Friday and Epcot and Magic Kingdom on Saturday. Sunday we visited Celebration town. There was so many good restaurants close by. We enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed patio when the weather permitted. Thank God because my Mom is disabled and everything worked out for us. Your place is beautiful and thank you for the price you gave us. We stayed there because of its proximity to the Ocseola reginal hospital. After spending much of the time visiting a sick family member. This was a nice place to come back and rest. Very quiet neighberhood.
