5 Stars! - This house was just perfect for our trip. Right when you walk in it looks so pretty and clean. Myself and a few other coaches stayed for 5 nights while we were attending a gymnastics competition. It was only 12-15min from Disney & ESPN wide world of sports, which was really convenient for us driving back and forth to the meet. I was a little worried about the pool area being screened in (if the sun would come in enough for a tan lol) but it was just fine, and the small pool was great for people like us that don't actually swim just dip in to cool off. There are also sidewalks in this area so I went on a run and even though they are still developing the area it was really nice. The only thing I was not prepared for was that there wasn't extra toilet paper for the bathrooms, or at lease I never found any. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would stay at this house again Jenna L.

5 Stars! Just completed our stay at this beautiful Townhome. The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more than we expected, centrally located to shopping and close to theme parks such as Disney World. It was great to end the day at its family water park with the lazy river, water slides, golfing, hot tub, music, ice cream for kids and adults drinks for us to wind down for the day. Would definitely book again! Beautiful home. Clean and just as described. Small pool was great for the kids. Clubhouse was wonderful. We loved the large pool and water slides/lazy river. We had a few small issues when we first arrived that werenā€™t really even an inconvenience for us. I mentioned them just so that the owners would know they were that way when we arrived... when we came home from the beach that same day, they had already been fixed. You wonā€™t regret staying here! Excellent property and location.
This property was so lovely, safe and close to all the amenities that we wanted. Disney parks were 10mins and less drive. I loved this place and will definitely use here again. My family and I spent 10 days here and it was excellent. A home away from home.

At the end of my staying i receive a email asking a 5 start review and i was going to get s starbucks card in reward, and now i understand why so many good reviews, but omg this is the second time we stayed in the same neighborhood for volleyball tournament, this house is so dirty, furniture old ripping the dining bench is broken and they try to fixed instead of changing it and is so dangerous to sit there, towels oh please bring your own towels, dryer machine cycle doesn't stop so be extra careful cause it can be drying all day or all night, is not worth the cost, be careful renting this property, location is excellent but thats it.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!
We had a wonderful stay at our little home away from home for two weeks. It was a beautiful home that was well furnished and very comfortable for everyone. Perfect location to Disney and ESPN while we stayed there for the cheerleading worlds and the summit. Home had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here on our return. For reference, we are a family of five, our children ranging from ages 11, 12 and 16. We had my parents staying with us and my mother-in-law as well. Everyone had their own space it was perfect!

House was big enough for our family and the kids loved the pool. Beds need to be updated they were hard and not very comfortable but I guess everyone has different likes when it comes to beds. 1 extra garbage bag is not enough for a family and extra toilet paper would be nice too but overall it was a nice home and our family had a great time while visiting.

The staff at the Guard building are amazing! The entire staff is great! The home was beautiful and very clean other than the bathtub in the king mater bedrooms. There was a lot of hair let in the showers. But again other than that it was an amazing experience.

Overall great stay!
Loved staying at this property, the host was very helpful and responsive. Location was great, close to the parks and shopping. Felt the cleaning process could of been a little better (living room rug needed a vacuum and some food crumbs left on dinning room seats) but overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Our extended family of eight enjoyed our stay in this house. We stayed the week before Christmas, and the neighborhood was not over-crowded and was very quiet. It took us 15-20 minutes to drive to the Disney property. The bathrooms were very clean (and we loved having so many of them!). The house had a large water heater, so we never ran out of hot water for showers. There were plenty of mugs for us to use in the kitchen, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets in the house. We did notice that the pool was very small, especially for a house that sleeps so many guests. We did not use the pool, but if you are planning to spend a lot of time swimming on vacation, it may help you to know that there's not room for very many people to do any active swimming together. The decor was simple and tasteful. The property does not have its own private driveway, and we were not allowed to park on the street overnight, but there is a large parking lot just across the street from the house, and we were able to park on the street to load and unload. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly, including obtaining a parking pass at the main gate entrance. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location, very nice property
Overall, very satisfied with our stay at this property. The location in Storey Lake is great with excellent access to anything needed nearby; this made travel by car much less than in years past. The recreation facilities where also very nice including the waterpark area. The property itself was very comfortable and in decent condition. Only issue was communication with the property management group. Called on a couple of occassions because of problem with internet (changed network/password without telling us so we didn't have cable nor internet for two days) and all we got was a voice mail with no calls back. Finally had to call Spectrum ourselves to fix the issue giving up our time on during vacation and no TV in downstairs bedrooms for 4 days until they came to service. Again, very nice facility, would stay again but the property management group needs to be much more responsive to issues when they arise.

This property served its purpose well. There were 5 moms and 5 daughters, each duo had their own room. We were in and out the whole week while our daughters were participating in a dance convention. The only downfall is that the downstairs stayed much warmer than the upstairs. Everything else was great!

Overall Nice Stay
The home was a great size for our family stay. It is a great location too, especially with having Walmart and restaurants really close. The house was nice overall. The only thing I would say was the pool needed to be cleaned. All the carpet needs to be cleaned (really need to be changed because it appears pretty worn). The rug in the living room especially. This took a way from the overall cleanliness of the home to us. They could at least provide 1 trash bag per day and better quality ones so it doesn't rip. The kitchen could use a scrubber for scrubbing dishes and washcloths should be provided for the bathrooms. These are just recommendations for the owners. Again overall nice stay and we would recommend.

Rental as described. We stayed so busy the whole trip that we only used the pool a couple of times and slept. The only thing the property didnā€™t have that we needed were washcloths, which we were able to purchase when we went into town. The living room couch is a little worn and the whole home could definitely use some paint, but overall my family and I enjoyed the property.
