This peaceful Chalet is on a quite street in the Estates of Tan Tar A connected to Margaritaville. Right up the hill from one of our community pools in a gated community. Enjoy cooking in our fully furnished kitchen or out on our deck with gas grill. Sit on our screen porch to enjoy coffee in the mornings or on a rainy day. Our home has 1 king bedroom suite on the top floor main level floor with living room, kitchen, half bath and 2 queen bedroom with full bath. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and full baths in each room. All offer a flat screen tv, sitting area and private deck.

Great space, some things need much attention
The space was great, but there were a lot of cleaning issues. Non carpet floors were FILTHY, like the (bottom of feet were black) had to clean them ourselves before we could let babies on the floor. Some blood on one of the pillow shams, something crusty on a bed spread, a bed was broken, deck rails were not attached to the deck, screens not safe on screened porch, black mold in one of the bathrooms. Was supposed to receive half credit for our cleaning fee since we had to do some of the work, and did not receive it. It could be a fantastic space with some attention. Won't rent here again!

Great for Girls Weekend
Great location and so much space for the 8 of us. There's some small updates to the outdoor patio and deck area that I think would really enhance the place, but it was perfect for our girls weekend. We've already talked about reserving it again.

This was an easy place to get to, great location for the bars & easy to get Ubers. The place was big enough for a group of 11 easily & having mimosas on the deck was great! We also saw deer up close!

Property Manager Great / House Not
The home was not what we are used to staying in. The heat didn't work in the down stairs bedroom or and the living area was cool. There was a wood fireplace but not wood. The down stairs bath had mold on the shower wall. The kitchen did not have good utencils or pans to cook with. Beds need new mattress. The property manager, Sarah, was good. She brought heaters for us to use and wood for the fireplace. We will use her again, just for another home.

We drove for 12 hours through blizzard to get to where we were going and when we got there there's no electricity that was not the homeowner's fault but the electricity had been outside for :30 and we got there about 5:30 we were not prepared for this pretty sure that the homeowners were prepared for the Cedar when everything came back on we had no TV No Internet we had to run off of our hotspot which drained our phones which drained our hotspot which cost us more money other than that everything was beautiful there I would recommend this place to everybody just don't come when the storms are happening

Walked into a mess. Beds unmade, dirty wet towels on floor, crayons, small whiskey bottle in cushions on couch. Stove/oven dirty. Property manager was quick to respond to our call and move us to another unit. Just a huge disappointment after driving 11 hours and walking into this!

Peaceful!
We stayed at this house instead of staying in the hotel at Margaritaville Tan Tar A for the MOREnet Technology Conference. We thought it might be inconvenient not being able to go to rooms between sessions, but it turned out being able to go back to the house and relax each night was refreshing after 8 hours of intense training. I really feel more refreshed than I ever have after a conference, this house just made you feel at home.

Check in went great! We were able to find the property without any issues. At first glance it looked great. However, as we tried to use things around the property we found a lack of cleanliness. There was an abundance of mold in the coffee maker, which they replaced later that evening. The children in our group found pen*s confetti all over the couch, there was a thong found on the patio table, snacks and socks etc, underneath the beds, cobwebs and spiders right as you walked into the front door. It made us wonder about how sanitary the property was after that. The attempts to discuss this were not responded to by the owner. This would be a great place if it was cleaned thoroughly. We are in the search of a place to regularly stay when down at the lake for family functions, and were hopeful this would be it, but sadly we must keep looking.

Multi family vacation
It was a great vacation spot for our 4 families to stay at under one roof comfortably with bathrooms in each room. Sarah was FABULOUS to work with and even helped us with recommendations for an auto repair shop. The house was comfortable and cozy for our needs and we were able to walk to one of the community pools and still utilize some of the fun amenities from the Margaritaville Resort! Overall, if we chose to come back to the Lake of the Ozarks, we’ll try to come back to this location!

Great Location but Needs a Deep Clean
Positives: We had six adults and four children (4 and under) stay at this property. The fact that pack and plays fit in closets and each room had a bathroom was very convenient. And the location was great. We love Osage Beach, and the community pool was close by and kid friendly. The outdoor space was large, and it was nice that there were so many decks available. (The screen in the porch does need to be fixed.) The property manager was largely responsive. Negatives: The beds are not very comfortable, but they did the job. The biggest issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were not clean at all, and we found trash from previous renters underneath the couches and in the cushions. Certainly less than ideal when you have a crawler. Also, if you like to cook, bring your own pots/pans/etc. because the kitchen is not very well stocked for a lot of meal prep, and there is not much counter space. Overall, the property would be much more enjoyable if it just had a deep cleaning in between renters.

Great Place - Lots of Room
The home had plenty of separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family gathering. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of supplies to get started like TP and paper towels. The screened in porch was a great place to hang out and play games at night. We saw lots of deer every time we drove in/out of the property so go slow and be careful. The location was quiet and felt secluded because of all of the trees yet everything you wanted /needed was very close by,
