When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The room also didn’t match the photos showcased online, which featured a spacious living room and dining room with space for all 6 of our guests to sit. The space given to us only sat 4ppl. The host stated the photos are general for the property and not specific to the room. I never received a response regarding why we didn’t have a lake view or private pool that we paid for. The water was cold and we when we let them know, they adjusted it but only some of our shower got hot but not all of them and throughout our stay the water went back and forth. So several of us took cold showers on multiple days. Additionally the showers are not properly lined up and water got all over the floor whenever you took a shower. The power went out constantly throughout our stay. And the walls are so thin, it was very loud. You could hear people talking outside. Lastly the beds were hard a a rock, felt like we were sleeping on the floor. On a good note, they did allow us to have a late check out for the inconveniences.

the waiters give customers too much disturbing, which makes my rest not good. I need quite and private room to sleep. The Chinese restaurant is not giod, coz the waiters keep asking you to give comments..

This is a great hotel. Nice modern vibe. Food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff super friendly. Nice art on each floor. Good location. Good pool. All in all, pleasant stay and no complaints.

More authentic Nigerian food please.
