The spa was closed - I don’t know why. The pool/hot tub and gym were available. The staff at the front desk helped me on many occasions with various questions.

Staff were all nice and well trained. I booked a stay for a solo business trip. I got a letter through my door advising I must leave by 10am and if I wanted to stay inside the hotel it would cost me an extra £70? ... just felt like I could not stay and do work on my laptop as I usually would - I would not stay again for a business trip as made things difficult for me.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,031 reviews)
"No car parking. Then they give you a rubbish list of post codes for parking that take you to some dodgy areas where your car is likely to get robbed. Plus they cost £41 per day. Then breakfast was awful. No clean"
