I booked two connecting family rooms. Whilst the rooms were clean and nice, we saw an insect crawling on the floor. Also, the bathrooms were quite cramped, especially if one was 6 ft tall. My initial impression of the bathroom was good, but I found it to be too small when I actually used it.

We booked two rooms. One was in the newer/refurbished part of the hotel and was of a noticeably higher standard though both rooms were the same price. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very good and served in the light and airy restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

There was no plug sockets near the beds and the sheets and everything were dirty and smelly and the toilet was just absolutely disgusting. Everything was sticky and dirty and we hated staying there and staying at the hotel made us even more dirty but the bathtub was so disgusting that it wasn’t a place we wanted to shower in
