9/10 Wonderful! (1,324 reviews)
The huge rooms. So much staff to help. The huge pool, games room and play room were great.
The breakfast was unbelievable! So much to choose from and they even made us gluten free pad thai, fried rice, pancakes and hashbrowns.
Great location too. A really great restaurant across the street. Shopping attached. Easy to get to many great places including the dock for ferries.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,724 reviews)
Staff was friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Excellent space. I appreciated the washer/dryer in my room since it has been hot & humid, so I changed clothes often (late October is very hot). I took advantage of the pool and the Tuk-Tuk service from hotel to main road was an excellent amenity!! Breakfast buffet is fantastic - everything fresh and a large number of choices, so I ate something different every day. The mini bar is the machine in Lobby by elevators - you use your credits there. WiFi was good. Restaurant was good. Lots of restaurants & shops & Terminal 21 shopping complex is nearby. The train, bus & Metro are very close and a great way to get around. 5 *

"The best resort I ever stayed at. The room is beyond beautiful and the air works! Thailand and April are HOT. I enjoyed the cool room. The colors on the resort made for perfect photos/videos for the influencers. Can also use the boats to go for a refreshing boat ride. Highly recommend!!!"
