The accommodation has a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed, a modern bathroom with a window, and a functionally equipped kitchen with a dining area. A real highlight is the private, 10 m² large terrace with access to the courtyard - perfect for breakfast outdoors or for a cosy barbecue evening. The outdoor grill is available for exclusive use. The apartment is located in a centrally situated holiday home in Pakostane, just about 80 metres from the beach. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and a playground - ideal for guests who wish to enjoy their holiday without a car. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, yet you can reach the lively town centre on foot in just a few minutes. Various beaches are also quickly accessible – including a sandy beach (80 m), pebble and stone beaches as well as concreted bathing plateaus. Free Wi-Fi, a private car park directly at the house and the separate access ensure comfort and privacy. Pets are not allowed in this unit. A communal washing facility is offered upon request for a fee.
