"The staff were fantastic particularly Stefano and Alaria. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely helpful. They helped work out the bus to catch to the beach and gave other suggestions for things to do. The location of this boutique hotel is excellent particularly in relation to the Old Town, dining and also shopping. There is a supermarket(s) close by.
Also allowed us to keep our hire car in their garage a little longer after check out as we had a later flight.

We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after.

"First off want to say the host Ulyana was so hospital and went the extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay and wonderful trip in Cagliari. This place is a must in terms of how beautiful and unique the actual property is architecturally/design wise, very comfort and has every amenity you can need. Two wonderful bathrooms with stand up showers, bidets and ample sinks for getting ready (3 technically). Was able to do laundry once we figured out Italian washer/dryer instructions ha. Kitchen is awesome - we ended up eating out every day with the wonderful local dining but easily could cook and stay in.Bed was very comfy and the unit stayed cool and comfortable.Area is safe and very close to many historic monuments and steps away from a couple small cafes/bars. If you want an authentic and memorable stay - book this awesome flat! Grazie Mille Ulyana!!!! "
