"Great location, but not enough beds. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it only had a twin and queen bed. Sofa bed is not good for sleeping on. Communication with hotel manager was difficult. Can’t beat the location!"

"The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. "Courtesy to the diligence and kindness of hotel staff, we had a comfortable place to wait while they stored our luggage and got our hotel room ready at least six hours ahead of check in time. Later, sent for taxis, were warm and welcoming at breakfast and kept our room clean and well stocked."
"The room was lovely! The housekeeping staff was amazing! They knew my schedule and kept the room spotless! The desk staff was amazing! If anyone went hungry at breakfast it was their fault! There was something for everyone’s palette! The best part was the central location and the marvelous restaurants I found Not on the Duomo Piazza! This will be my go to hotel when in Milan!"
"We were happy with our room and the amenities. The staff were friendly at the hotel, and we would stay there again. The location was perfect. Would recommend."
