An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Alfredo and Krystina who helped us with every request.

About a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Large hotel. Bellhop/taxi stand employees were welcoming and helpful. Had some issues getting a comfortable temperature from room thermostat. Overall would stay again but would also look into other options.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant area convenient with good menu selection. The only problem was the toilet flushing water kept running. I had to play with the push a few times to stop it.

Wonderful hotel.

One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at in Italy. They have an extremely accommodating and attentive staff. Our room was spacious and had a newly remodeled bathroom. Breakfast was included and was great. It’s walking distance to many major tourist sites.

Staff very friendly. Clean and spacious rooms, although a little restrictive if using to work due to small table. Fine if just a laptop, challenging if need space for paperwork… but overall not a huge issue. The water outlet/ faucet in the bathroom is very prominent and can be a nuisance when showering. Overall a smart hotel, good quality throughout. Restaurant is good. Location good for Milan central. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel near the Duomo

The hotel was updated and well taken care of. The room was very clean and the staff was always accommodating. The location was great and only a couple of blocks from the Duomo.
