This 2BR/2BA condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Unwind into vacation mode! The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, each with their own sliding glass doors to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a Cal king, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The master has an attached bathroom and the guest bathroom is detached from the guest room, both offering a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers an office space! Enjoy multiple pools throughout the community and private BBQ! Tennis, Pickleball, and golf are all available for an additional fee.

-Strict sound ordinance
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets without approval and pet fee of $25 + tax per pet per day
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-25mph speed limit STRICTLY enforced. Any fines will be billable to guest and may result in termination of contract with no refunds
-Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable)
