A beautiful resort-style home located within the exclusive PGA West neighborhood on the 13th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament Course in La Quinta, CA. Come and experience the inspiring panoramic mountain and golf course views in complete seclusion while relaxing poolside at your very own desert oasis. This desert villa boasts nearly 4,400 sqft of open-concept living space with 5 guest suites, 4.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Come with friends and family any time of the year to experience true luxury desert living. Legends is a purposefully designed vacation villa that has been completely remodeled with no expense spared to create the ultimate desert getaway experience. The exquisite woodwork, stone flooring and custom furniture throughout elevate this beautiful home to stand out from the rest. Enjoy a cocktail from the well-appointed wet bar equipped with a wine refrigerator while relaxing in the great room or challenging friends and family to a game of billiards in the game room. The great room is furnished with comfortable seating and not one, but two large flat screen TVs to enjoy. The large, chef's kitchen features granite countertops, a coffee bar, large refrigerator, double oven, oversized island and spectacular views of the pool and yard with an entrance to the outdoor entertaining area. The spectacular grounds and outdoor entertaining areas are the highlight of the Legends Villa. Take a refreshing plunge in your private outdoor saltwater pool and then indulge in a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. The palm trees and mister system will keep you cool on the hot desert days. In the evening, fire up the grill and dine al fresco by the pool with seating for 10\. Then relax around the outdoor fireplace and gaze up at the stars while the fire crackles in the background. Getting a restful night's sleep will be easy in the Legend's guest suites. This single-story villa boasts 5 large bedrooms and a total of 7 beds, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. There are en suite bathrooms in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The Primary suite features a plush king bed, sitting area and en suite bath. There is a private entrance to the pool & spa with impressive views of the golf course. The King bed is complete with high thread count linens and other amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. LOCATION Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. So thoughtful! And that was everything about the stay , it had everything we needed . Pool was warm and amazing . Yard being fenced in was wonderful with the dog. The home is in a beautiful gate guarded community. All questions and inquiries were answered promptly. The home is expansive that includes different areas for entertaining. Our group enjoyed the bar area, pool table and fireplace. We were able to enjoy an in home spa day with massage tables set up in the master bedroom and bathroom. Perfect location and house for a family get together. The layout was perfect for us, 5 adults and 4 children. The house is decorated in good taste and the amenities are very nice, great pool, spa, ping pong table, pool table, etc. If you are looking for a party house, this house is not for you. If you are looking for a house to rest, have family time and enjoy each others company, this is the perfect house. The check in and check out was seamless. We felt at home throughout our stay. We never left the property. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your meals, however if you want to order food, there are several options to order from. Perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 4 children. The house is in perfect condition including a complete inventory of kitchen equipment, sharp knives, glassware, etc. the bedrooms are well appointed and spacious. The pool and hot tub works exactly as expected. The staff was terrific from initial rental steps through thoughtful communication when we arrived and during our visit. The garage door opening system was a hassle, and the main front entry lock didn’t work.
