"This was a beautiful property to stay at for my wife's birthday! And it was my baby's first time at a real pool too - which was very clean and relaxing. The room was also clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I was really impressed by how helpful the staff were, it's been a very long time since I have experienced staff carrying luggage to our rooms for us. "This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand. If you like all-inclusives, you will probably hate this place (and vice versa). We had the top floor, with the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach, the cabana eateries, restaurants, bars, and the rest of town. We would...
