Our Pool Deck House is one of only ten homes that sit right on this pool with your own private gate. You can walk to the beach from our house or take the free beach tram that will pick you up at your front door and take you to the beach, just 1 block away. Once parked in your private drive, you really do not need your car again as you can walk or bike everywhere from our pool deck house. Your just steps away from some of 30As best dining spots, live outdoor music nightly during season, and just a wonderful area to walk around with the family and so many sites to see. House includes YOLO bikes, and PS3 game system for Kiddos, smart Tvs for bigger kids.
Location Location, yes, You can not beat the location of this house. It really does not get any better then this. Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach shops and Restaurants are all just a few steps from our door. Beach access is 100 yards. Great restaurants and the 30A Bike trail is right outside where you can bike to Seaside for lunch. We think once you vacation in this home and in this area, youll never go anywhere else.
