The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service.
