Lovely hotel and first time staying here. The staff were lovely and there was a staff member at the hotel desk who we mainly saw who's name began with R (i think his name is Raphael) he was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is also a family run business and we met the interior designer for the hotel and i think the owner too or the lady who ran the hotel and she gave us a mini tour of the rooms on the top floor which was kind of her! I think her name is Cathleen/ Catherine. The only negative thing i have to say about the hotel is the lights did turn off a few times, and i didnt learn until later on that there is a main light to switch them all back on again, instead of thinking it was a power cut and calling reception. It wouldve been nice to have mini milk in the rooms for tea, and a leaflet or an information document in the hotel letting us know useful numbers, breakfast times and wifi code instead of having to ask (we took a pic of the wifi code on the desk at reception) The interior of the inside of the hotel is lovely and artsy. Reminds me of a chic mini house.

A week in Paris!

Very comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful staff in the heart of the 16th! Shops, restaurants, and a beautiful setting all around. Would recommend to all looking for a beautiful place to stay in Paris! Breakfast was delicious too!

Great hotel! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful three day stay at the Hôtel Beauséjour Ranelagh! Our room was small but it had everything we needed for a good night's sleep before exploring Paris. The breakfast was delicious! Laurent and Melvin were very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to a GORGEOUS huge park!

Had the best time staying at this property. The staff was wonderful. They were all so sweet and helpful. Our room was perfect. We stayed in the suite and the views were great. We had a terrace and a street view. Location is in a very safe area. Would definitely come back!!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful room and the family suite was big enough for my family of 4. Everything was super clean and chic. Would give a 5 star, but the hotel owner charged €90 for a stolen key replacement that was a part of a purse snatching. The cost seems excessive for a not-at-fault reason.

The Most Courteous Staff

We went back to this hotel on our return to Paris (last leg of our trip). I can’t stress enough how courteous the staff is. There is an elevator to help bring your luggage up.

Boutique and friendly stay in the 16th

The hotel was in a fantastic location for our stay, the welcome was very warm and the space available for guests to relax in the reception area was really pleasant. The arrangements with a local gym are fantastic given the size of the hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly service. The only slight drawbacks were the size of the beds (quite small for my wife and I), and the rooms did get a little warm, with the air conditioning not appearing to "cool" the rooms. However, overall an excellent stay.

Terrific property - elegant, well-maintained, classy - with the nicest staff I have ever seen. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the room was tiny and not optimally configured for a such a small space: For instance, the desk and kettle/glasses took up way too much space; install shelves to save space and give guests somewhere to put things.

I did find a used takeout food bag in my room when I checked in, the front desk was weird about keeping the key (sometimes id just forget) and they became straight up pushy, which was uncomfortable. The rooms are extremely small and building is old and smells as such, making it a fine place to stay for a couple nights if solo. Not ideal for more than that or with two people or you start to go crazy. Maybe better if you are in a room that isn’t taken up entirely by the bed, I could find it charming that way

Little charming hotel

The hotel is kind of old style but I mean it in a good way! The decor of the building and rooms is very classic, you have to leave the key (one!) at reception every time you leave the property, you need to interact with someone every time you need something, including entering the property after a certain hour. And yet I found it somewhat refreshing, it kind of reminds you to take things a bit slower. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the fridge, the coffee machine, and kettle are very useful if you want to stay in and have a cup of tea or enjoy a simple wine, bread and French cheese dinner. A special thanks to Marianne, Kevin, and Brian who were always friendly and welcomed with a smile our (probably silly) attempts at speaking French!

We were told that we are getting an upgrade of the chambers but it sure didn’t feel like it. Also the ads on Expedia said that there’s free wine in the room. Disappointment again. On the positive side , the reception was very nice to walk into.
