1970's themed home it is 2,000 square ft and only 2,600 ft from the river! Located just off the Parker Strip and a few miles from the famous Desert Bar this home is centrally located to everything. Free launch ramp with parking less than a mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Plenty of parking!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please turn off all lights except for the bar LED lights and the front porch light. The outdoor party lights are on a timer you don't need to worry about those.

Do not leave the key in the house, please put it back in the lock box outside of the door.

Just place all of your linens / laundry in the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
