"This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc.

"Parking space is limited. The valet service rather slow in response.
The room door too thin. The wall between room also too thin. The chair in the room was broken. Had to ask for replacement. The real plus is the variety of breakfast.

"Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. "

"I travelled frequently and stayed in many hotels both luxury and budget hotel. Moritz have captured my interest. Being smart hotel and modern style both interior and outside make a different experience staying here.
They frontliners did a good job keeping up with the SOP with extra smiles.

"Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu.
Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat.
Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam...

The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower. Even though there was no hot water the shower only...

When I asked about changing rooms, I was told that was not possible. The young man who checked us in was probably a college student, and he had no control over what was happening.
3. The bathroom was stained with mold.
4. My electricity went out during the night. I woke up because my CPAP breathing machine stopped working. The electricity came back on several hours later, but I had lost much of the night's sleep.
5. Because of the situation, I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay but was told that would not be possible. We ended up leaving anyway but I was not able to get a refund.
I reserved the rooms because of the location and I was pleased with the price. I have travelled a lot over the years and have stayed at many basic places, but I was disappointed in this location. "
