The room was clean. The bathroom looked clean but felt dingy. The vent fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and the faucet in the tub couldn’t fully turn off.

Try to check in after game and the air vents had black mold all in them and the lady at the front desk let us know like yeah we had a been clean before we checked in mind you we checked in at 10:30 PM at night. there’s no reason that the room should not have been cleaned. Therefore, we ended up canceling our reservation and leaving since they didn’t have another room to put us in I know we were not the only ones as there was another lady who had the same issues in her room as well.
