The property is a lovely property. It is huge. The room was very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The only issue is the beds are low to the ground probably a good 6 inches lower than a standard bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The valet was amazing. I got a low tire report on my phone from my car And I went to them. They went to my car with a portable compressor and filled my tire back up for me. I have never had that kind of valet service. I would definitely stay here again. Bonus is that from our room. We had a view of the hot air balloons out in the distance. What a spectacular sight to wake up to.

Verified traveler

Only a couple of the rides were down. You can buy an "observer's" ticket if you just want to hang out or watch others in your family have all the fun. Icee drink vendor didn't take cash :(
