The bathroom needs to be updated.

Booked with Expedia for the long weekend and when we arrived, I was told my booking was cancelled. After around 10mins of trying to figure out what happened, they found us a room with 1 bunk bed and a double bed? I have 3 kids so our 5yrs old have to sleep with us because the original family room I booked with 2 bunks beds and a queen bed was cancelled. Imagine having to pay almost $600 for a room that we never paid for. They also did not move us to a bigger family room. Room we got is with accessibility. You can barely open the washroom door once it's closed from the inside. The AC/heater has exposed filter under. For compensation, they gave us a day of free one day pool access. Overall, a terrible experience and a mistake. I always prioritized Canad Inns from the other hotels in the area when booking so it's easier. Now I will have to think twice or thrice if I still want to bring my family here for a quick get away.

The building is a little older but it is well maintained, clean, and the staff was very helpful.
