"Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways. "

"The room was so spacious and clean! We had a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff and service were amazing. The location of this hotel was ideal as well. I’m so happy we were able to stay here and we will definitely be back with more friends and family."

"Staff was very courteous, the Expedia VIP upgraded room was fantastic. The bed and shower were amazing (although it took forever for me to realize you had to twist not pull the knob to switch from handheld to overhead shower), and the location was so close to everything and subways. What really stood out was the little refresh and refreshment room in the lobby for guests. They thought of everything and had things in there that even five star hotels don’t have: cologne and perfume varieties, microwave, espresso maker, hot water dispenser, snacks, some toiletries (vending machine for others in lobby and a 7 Eleven across the street). Very safe, busy area close to subway and bus stop as well as airport limousine drop off area. Check schedules for airport limousine with them prior to departure as it only comes every hour but not necessarily on the hour. Will absolutely stay here again and this felt more like a 4 star hotel to me. "

"Amazing views and location. Big, spacious rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. My only complaint was the charge for a missing key. I explained to the front desk worker that my hotel key had fallen out of my hands and down the elevator slot mere moments before, and I still had to pay a $10 missing card charge. I thought that was pretty crummy, especially as most hotels give you 2 cards upon arrival and I only received one. "

"Perfect view specially on saturdays when is the drone show, the room was so perfect spacious nd clean, the windows just opened 2 inches, so be prepared to not have A/C on autumn or winter, the hotel provides fans complimenting. Easy access of everything. "
