The staff were very accommodating. There was a mix-up with my reservation through Expedia. The staff were unable to find my reservation even though I had a receipt and confirmation. They asked me to wait while they looked into it further. I was then told they would upgrade my room to a suite. The suite was wonderful, clean and very spacious. I really appreciated their prompt response and the willingness to provide me a room. I was very impressed with their courteous professionalism and great customer service. I would recommend the hotel to others travelling to Winnipeg.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice modern rooms with all the amenities. Smith was really good for food and drinks.

Arrived at 2:45, they told us it would be 15-20mins till the room was ready which was fine since check in was 3pm and we were early. At 3pm we went back to the desk and were told it still wasn’t ready. We did not get our room till 4:15pm We booked it months in advanced and was absolutely shocked the room was ready till over an hour after we arrived. Terrible service
