8.8/10 Excellent! (540 reviews)
Beautiful, colonial style building and the staff were friendly. One issue is that there’s no elevator, but the staff are willing to help take the luggage up the stairs. Two, the hotel faces the plaza, which is scenic, but picks up a lot of nighttime noise. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best place for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

El colchón es súper cómodo, la regadera el agua sale caliente rápido, el cuarto está limpio. Fueron muy amables con nosotros, seguramente volveremos a quedarnos aquí cuando estemos en Tuxtla.

7.8/10 Good! (14 reviews)
Hilltop hacienda, peacefully out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Hotel has fireplaces for heat, the breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. A little out of the way but cabs here are very inexpensive.
