Great value for money with all you need for a couple of nights stay in a really convenient location. Absolutely loved staying on Canal street- a busy and vibrant street in the evening. Deluxe double room at the front was basic but comfortable. If you are wanting luxury though go stay at at the Hilton! Only negatives were shower was so claustrophobic and door was broken and pillows were flat as pancakes. A fan was provided in the room which was great on the really days we stayed but omg- it needed defluffing!

Very conveniently located hotel, ideal next to car park, rooms and facilities decent and had everything we needed. Staff helpful and friendly. Perfect for what we needed for a one night stay

Overall the building was smelly and they have room frangance everywhere to try kill the smell of the old, beauty carpet. It’s a beautiful old building that needs to keep clean with dignity and pride.
