"Hot breakfast varied each day and the choices were always very good. The breakfast buffet included some standard items every day, like oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc. The buffet area was always clean and well-maintained, as was the dining area.
Our stay did not include daily housekeeping, but it was always easy to get extra soap or towels from the staff if we needed anything. "
"I did not actually stay at the Courthouse Hotel, but I would still like to give them a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service.
A few hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I got a call from the hotel, advising my that the A/C in my room was not working and that the problem would not be resolved before I arrived. Since the forecast called for hot and humid weather, the hotel offered me a reduced rate or the option to cancel without penalty. (They could not offer me a different room as they were fully booked that night.)
After conferring with my husband, we decided to cancel our reservation. I was disappointed that we could not stay at the Courthouse Hotel, but I was very grateful that they notified us proactively, so that we could make other arrangements.
After such outstanding customer service, I will certainly plan to stay at the Courthouse Hotel on my next visit to Thunder Bay!"

"My only conplaint about thid property was that i tired to get ahold of rhem via phone using myltuple numbers and had expedia teay as well. All numbers were out of service. Otherwise no issues. The property was very clean the staff super friendly and helpful and so quite !!"

"Amazing home 10 out of 10 easily. Host extremely responsive. Home clean and tidy and very well appointed. Beautiful well maintained gardens and flower beds a definite bonus. Modern appliances, TV, BBQ, furniture …. Beds comfortable and large bedrooms. Back yard and deck space perfect to relax on with all necessary supplies. Forest setting off back yard provided a quiet peaceful setting. Was in Thunder Bay for a family gathering and absolutely satisfied with this house which we selected for our family to stay at. Would book again and highly recommend this home."

"The house is centrally located and was convenient for all of our outings. It is clean and has many of the items we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are very nice. The towels were very nice and there was a generous supply of toilet tissue, which has not always been the case in many of the VRBOs we have previously stayed in. Fortunately, the weather was fairly moderate, even though it got a bit warm on some days. There was no air conditioning, but the host did provide fans to help move the air. This worked in most of the rooms, but one of the bedrooms did not have a screen on the window, so it was not possible to open the window to get any air movement. One of the bedrooms in the basement had a bed on the floor, but there was not a window. It worked okay for our teenage family member, but others were reluctant to stay in that room. Other than those situations, I would stay in this house again. "
"I had my fist visit to Thunder Bay to visit my daughter. The property was convenient with my own key code to the doors. The property was clean. It was well stocked with the essentials to cook meals for the week. There was plenty of parking in the rear for over night or out front for short term during the day and because of the size of Thunder Bay, located close to everything. "
