No nos respetaron la tarifa con desayuno. El Sr Eider se comportó muy déspota. Se solicitaron agua embotellada y nos dijeron que no había. Ya el último día al salir para el check-out nos llevaron una botella de agua de “cortesía. La Srita. Jorgenis del restaurante muy amable y servicial. Y los botones Rafael, Sebastián y Jorge consierge siempre muy atentos y amables.

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)
