There were roaches in the room, bed sheets stained, the doors to get into the room and bathroom had to force it to close, the AC would not cool the room.. overall poor experience

The first person checking us in was on the phone about another guest checking into their room and pathetic previous guests luggage still there. She didn't care one whether we were there or not. Get to our room and it was still dirty. We just cleaned it ourselves because we knew they weren't going to do it, and it was just easier. The pool water looked like a white color. The breakfast was okay and there was a sweet older woman that checked on us. The bathroom water was burning hot in our room even on the coldest setting it was scalding. Due to the event of the weekend it wasn't worth complaining but definitely won't be a choice next time we visit.
