"My stay was okay since this wasn’t my first time here, but the experience felt sharper than expected, almost to the point where I wasn’t sure I’d want to return. I received a call shortly after 11:00 reminding me of checkout, and while I understand the policy, the tone felt rushed and a bit impolite. Being told there would be extra charges if I stayed past 11:20 came across as unnecessarily strict. I believe it’s important for customers to have a consistent experience from check-in to check-out. "Room was great and the jacuzzi bath is a must to use and relaxing but takes a while to fill up. Very clean but seems to be the Korean way. Staff at reception was great and helpful. Metro station is 5 mins walk and quick to get to landmarks. Only problem with my room really was the window as it shows a newly built block literally few feet away. Other than that would book again "
