I will say, communication is a bit lacking, messaging on the VRBO message system is pretty much useless, tried contacting via the messaging multiple times and never got a response. When we called directly for the code to the room we got an answer right away to which we were told a code is usually emailed but we could have the code sent via text message. Using the key code was a bit finicky because you have to really push some of the buttons in order...
