“This space is very cozy , you feel like you're at home. All the amenities of your home, parking included. Major grocery store within walking distance of the property. I had a chance to meet the owner , cleaning staff. and the property manager. They were all very attentive and made sure my stay ways comfortable. I will definitely rebook in the future and give the highest referral to this location.Thank you”

“Quiet neighborhood. Was expecting noise from nearby interstate but we had no issues. Easy access to downtown and the convention center. We will likely stay here again for our visit next year. Very comfortable stay. ”

“The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top. This is an old building so you hear EVERYTHING upstairs, which...

“My husband and I staying for several days and liked the apartment. It has large comfortable rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Everything was as advertised and there is a grocery store close by. The neighborhood is old so there is a mix of well maintained and abandoned houses but we felt safe.”

“Hands down the best place for one person or a couple to stay while in town. The property is clean, smells nice, has new appliances, a great bathroom and shower, and even a bed that was so comfortable that it felt like home. I can honestly say that if I’m ever in the area again, this will be the absolute first place to I look for when trying to book lodging. It’s a great property, owned by a very nice couple who made me feel right at home. You won’t have any regrets booking your stay here!”

“This was a unique house on the water with incredible views in a very nice neighborhood. Will definitely be back. ”

“This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask. ”
