The room was larger than I had expected, and very quiet and comfortable.. which is what I like! And if looked like the room had been recently remodeled.. which is so, they did a good job, Additionally, all new appliances and up to date fixtures with plenty of power plugs. The main heads up I would say, was the tv only had access to Pluto. (Which for me was just fine, since I don't watch TV that much. Other than that, the grounds and exteriors were less than impressive. But if the other rooms are anything like the one I stayed in, it's really a great value for a Budget Motel. (Since I'm mostly retired now, don't travel as much as I used to. Renovated motel-manager friendly, room is very clean, bed was firm but comfy, shower hot with great water pressure! As a single women traveling, I felt safe and secure in my room. Clean and decent, just older building. Every time we go there new things are improved, so the owner is working to make it better constantly. There was some weird people running around and staying there. A dog barked all night long. We found a cockroach in the room. I looked for another and didn’t find anymore. It’s cheap so it’s ok I guess. Great little motel. It was older and the decor was dated but I love both those things.
