“Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. Hilltop Manor has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests at any time. April, the chef, went out her way to……

“Beautiful spot on the lake, quite, which is exactly what we were looking for. Owner was so sweet and her place was perfect for us Very clean, ( had a lil issue with the lock, but she took care of it asap). She had snacks, stocked fridge and extras just in case.”

“Great stay, loved the property and being right on the water!! You can use Deb’s kayak and there are plenty of spots to hang by the water, so lovely and peaceful. The only little thing was that we were in the main house for the first night and one if the dogs barks a lot. The second night we were down in the studio, which is separate from the house and then it was much quieter :)”
