This newly listed 3 x 2 pet friendly canal home with its own floating private jetty is waiting for your booking now. Three bedrooms-master bedroom is a King bed, Queen beds in the other two bedrooms, also two fold out single beds available for extras. Pool table in the garage for your use. Cook in the modern kitchen or use the large outdoor area with plenty of seating and BBQ, wide frontage property to enjoy the views of the dolphins, pelicans and ducks who are frequent visitors. The house is decorated with flair and modern furnishings. There are three Kayaks provided during your stay to explore the waterways with or catch crabs off the jetty when in season, fish in the local Murray River or cruise in your boat to some of the local restaurants and hotels in the area - your stay in the region will be remembered no matter how you spend it.

DOGS & PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
