Friendly staff, convenient location, local shops, 10 mins from the beach, spacious room with all amenities we needed..our room was upgraded upon arrival. The only down side was the car parking was really tight if you have anything bigger than a small car

The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre. Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds.

Rooms were very untidy and the overall property condition for its age is poor. Very run down. Staff on the front desk were very accommodating when moving rooms for us due to a pest issue on the courtyard side. The rooms however are very dirty and bathroom grates obviously full of hair and grime. Walls you could see visible splatters and marks that could be wiped off.

The size of the rooms are large and quiet. Undercover off street parking available (bays are quite tight for a 4x4 though). Walking distance to parks and shipping centre. 2nd time staying here and can't fault the service.

Reception staff were professional and friendly. Apartment service staff were accomodating and also friendly. Wifi quality was intermittent on the top floor. A few of the towels were stained. Bed linen was crisp. We made use of the coffee room but didn’t hear about it until four days in. Didn’t realise the garden area was an option to utilise. Overall a lovely stay.

Innaloo overnight stay.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast option was limited to individual packet of cereal, small juice and a muesli bar. There were very limited options for breakfast nearby. Otherwise we were very happy.

I love staying at Quest Innaloo as the parking is easy and I know our car will be safe in the under cover parking. The rooms are self contained and are private. Every time I/ hubby and I go away, we always book quest as it’s so convenient and reliable. I stayed at Quest Innaloo for my surgery in Feb 2024 and I stayed at a long term apartment and was very well taken care of in my recovery. Thankyou Quest!
