“We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. “This is an absolute gem of a cottage and a perfect location for travelling around Perthshire and beyond . Such a pretty sympathetically renovated 300 year old farm workers cottage all on the ground floor. The furnishings and fittings are high end and the lovely steel cupboarded kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need . There is a handy little utility room at the end of the cottage with a washing machine and bike store . Lovely wooden floors in the main living area and fabulous……

“Extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation spotless, comfortable and cosy. Everything you have at home was available in the chalet, including extra tea/coffee, sugar and a carton of milk. Nothing left to chance and the small touches - like a gift of two mugs, pens and stationery - greatly appreciated. Hosts very communicative and kept in touch throughout our stay.
