The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. "Charming place, immaculate, and breakfast is an adventure with so many marvelous offerings. Sadit was our server, and welcomed us each morning with love and attention to detail. Sadit Loja and the front desk attendant Valerina were the quintessential professionals who made our stay feel like we were royalty. The wellness center is indeed a real jewel of the Brufani Palace, with the heated indoor pool built under the Etruscan vaults. The steam-room, and the sauna are divine. The location is supreme and only steps out front you have a panoramic view of the majestic mountains, and many shoppes and restaurants. Apreitivo hour is a time to sit in the piazza and savor the moment. It's no wonder why such Royalty as Queen Elizabeth, and many other notables chose the Brufani Palace in Perugia, Italy as it is most definitely a supreme choice. "

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "
