"This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one available. There is a train that runs nearby 3-5 times daily at various hours of the day and night. The first night we stayed last fall, it was a bit of a surprise when we woke to its sound at 4 am but we got used to it and it didn’t even phase us after that. To get the quickest response, the best way to communicate with the host is by text. We’ve enjoyed our stay both last fall and again last week and plan to rent from Wendy again. "
