“Our stay was fantastic! Even better then what we imagined, our host was so polite and welcoming, he was very quick to respond to any and all questions that we had. He went even went a step furher to make sure he looked into situation at hand to give me as much information as possible. Which we were very grateful. As far as the cabin, the cabin was so comfortable for all 6 of us. Very open layout with lots of family games. As far as the lake, unfortunately when we arrived it was the time of……

“Carpets were dirty in bedrooms, papertowels were extremely cheap, vent in living area was dirty and rusted, the entire place smelled musty, there were no lights on the driveway or on outside, nor were there on in the house & they were difficult to locate. No instructions on where to put trash. Communication was done outside the VRBO app and I had to continually follow up on inquiries and questions. All should have been done through the portal on VRBO. Oh and the coffee maker was dirty.”

“When first walking into the unit, there was a musty odor. Then, after a short rest, my husband woke up to water splatters on the remote and the coffee table. This was from the split unit that was spitting out water. There was even water that had pooled on the floor. We did not feel safe in a musty and damp environment. So we left right away. Up until this point, the property manager had not been available and the office was closed. We are now about four hours in to resolving the issue through……
