“When first walking into the unit, there was a musty odor. Then, after a short rest, my husband woke up to water splatters on the remote and the coffee table. This was from the split unit that was spitting out water. There was even water that had pooled on the floor. We did not feel safe in a musty and damp environment. So we left right away. Up until this point, the property manager had not been available and the office was closed. We are now about four hours in to resolving the issue through...
