“I gave it 5 stars because it is a very nice LITTLE space to stay that was very clean and safe. It also has a great club house. We were booked for two nights but left after one. The reasons we left early were because of the loft's lack of air and when my husband tried the hide-a-bed, it was very uncomfortable for a grown man. The accommodation was just not for us: 55 and too mature for glamping. The management was very considerate and is going to refund us the second night.”

“The space was clean, spacious and well-appointed. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was unnecessary as I was the only person, but they didn't have a one bedroom. When I booked it, I didn't realize it was basically a full apartment with kitchen living room and dining room. The king bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows as well. The decor is dated, but all was clean and comfortable. The biggest knock I have was lack of soundproofing. I could hear every step the people……

“It was a nice place. Only complaint- The downfall is the rooms are not sound proof. I heard my neighbors loud and clear, whether they were yelling or banging pans around. It sounded like they were right in my room. ”

“The condo was clean and well maintained. The amenities on site were abundant and location was close to local attractions. Future VRBO customers should know that this condo is part of a time share community and the “ concierge “ at check in will absolutely try to rope you into a timeshare promotion. ”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less……
