"Nous avons passé une première semaine très éprouvante à Naples et sur la côte amalfitaine, où il a fait très chaud et où il y avait beaucoup (trop) de monde. Nous étions donc à la recherche d'une longue pause de plusieurs jours et nous avons trouvé ce petit coin de paradis ! La propriétaire a été à notre écoute pendant tout notre séjour et a tout fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Tout simplement parfait ! We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. "My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. "

"Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. "Staying at La Terrazza was a great choice. The room was comfortable and warm (we had a couple of coolish nights), the bathroom was clean, the shower had lots of hot water and wonderful pressure and the kitchen had everything would we have liked to cook. The breakfast was great with the star being the home made apple cake with home grown apples and free range eggs from Pino's chickens. "Siamo stati qui 3 giorni, ed è come se avessimo avuto un'altra famiglia. I proprietari gentilissimi, la signora ci ha coccolati con tantissime torte e colazioni fantastiche. Gentile e molto disponibile, ci ha nuovamente coccolati, per il viaggio di ritorno, con due brioches fresche. Camera dolce e graziosa e bagno pulitissimo. "
