Very clean rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff from entering to leaving were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch, only wished they served bacon.

Serious cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. We stayed in room 202 the kids space room. Pull out couch had urine stains on the mattress cover. Removed the cover and underneath was full of crumbs. The kids bunk bed had crumbs on the sheet underneath the blanket. The hallways were full of debris on the floors. In the lobby , the floor was covered in the canteen section with food wrappers, stepped on peanuts and candy on Friday night. The next morning, the mess was still there . This area is immediately visible to the front desk staff, and would have take no time to grab a broom and tidy it up. The staff have absolutely no concern for the cleanliness of the property. The parking lot is a mess, broken pavement, debris throughout. The clean plates for breakfast service were sticky underneath them. Just gross. There is absolutely no pride of ownership of this property. It was a very good lesson for me, I will not be staying at any of these locations in the future - although the price point for the night was budget friendly, they have done nothing to deserve another dollar from me ever again. I also asked for a receipt because this was a business expense, and I was told that one would be emailed to me. I still have not received that receipt. Based on the performance of staff here that I was able to observe, I expect my stay at this location will be a pain in the ass accounting wise as well. Shame on ownership and management of this property.
