The Ilmhaus 2 is located in the small village Gaden with about 100 inhabitants.
The romantic and lovingly decorated Ilmhaus 2 with about 80 square meters of living space, invites you to relax and switch off for up to 6 people. Outside there is a beautiful garden, located directly on the water. The idyllic village lies in the wide plains of the Danube valley. The rivers Danube and Ilm flow parallel to the site.
All major Bavarian cities such as Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Augsburg, Munich, Nuremberg and Landshut are nearby and can be reached within 30-60 minutes.

Ein wunderschönes Hexenhaus :-)

Das Haus ist zwar etwas kleiner, dafür sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es erinnert an ein kleines Hexenhaus. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Lage direkt am Wasser sehr entspannend. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern hielten die zahlreichen Mücken draußen und im Garten sitzt man entspannt unter dem Pavillion. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert, schnell und respektvoll. Unsere Hunde durften mit, was ja nicht überall gerne gesehen ist.

Moderner Landhausstil zum Wohlfühlen

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Alles da, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, gute Innenbeleuchtung. Idyllisch gelegen, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen die ruhige Umgebung mit Mann und Hund genossen. Netter und unkomplizierter Vermieterkontakt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Es war ein echt schönes Wochenende. Das Haus ist echt niedlich mit seinem versteckten Zimmer über dem Kamin. Außerdem war es sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vor allem haben wir es genossen mit den Hunden an der Donau spazieren zu gehen und am Fluss direkt am Haus zu entspannen. Vielen Dank und sehr gerne wieder

Ideal für Erholungssuchende

War ein super entspannender Kurzurlaub. Für Hundebesitzer geeignet, da man fußläufig ca 40O Meter bis zum Ortsende hat und hier vielfältige Laufmöglichkeiten bestehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs nur ca 4 Kilometer entfernt.

Schöne Tage in Bayern

Unser Aufenthalt im Im Häuschen war wunderschön. Das Häuschen hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und die Lage ist Traumhaft. Wir haben es alle sehr genossen. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage. Drotz der ruhigen Lage kann man innerhalb von einer Stunde in vielen verschiedenen schönen Städten sein. Die Kinder waren von ihrem Zimmer begeistert.

wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, es war ruhig, man hört die Vögel zwitschern, kann die Natur beobachten. Achtung viele Stechmücken am Wasser! Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge (Therme, Altmühltal, Kelheim, Donau...) Die vielen Stufen im Haus sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, Schmale Treppe ins Schlafzimmer nach oben

Sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung für Hund und Mensch zum Bewandern bestens geeignet! Die Donau ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt, der Wald und die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Check-In und -Out-Zeiten sehr angenehm und flexible Anreise durch den Schlüsselkasten. Super nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Hausverwalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch an der Ilm und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch unser Labrador hat das Ferienhaus mit dem direktem Flusszugang sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbare idyllische Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Terrasse direkt am Fluss

Wir haben die Zeit in dem gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten bei herllichstem Wetter Ausflüge an die donau und nach Ingolstadt unternehmen.

Schönes Häuschen im Vogelparadies

Das Ilmhaus bietet alles, was ein Ferienhaus braucht. Highlight ist, gemütlich auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und dem Vogelkonzert zu lauschen.

Klein aber groß genug für 3-4 Erwachsene. Innen und aussen in gutem Zustand. 1a! ABER: Keine Weißbiergläser!!! Das ist unverzeihbar :-)

Gemütliches kleines Haus

Problemloser check-in dank Schlüsselsafe an der Haustür. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Leider konnten wir die Terrasse aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle Rückmeldung auf Anfragen - danke!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt an der Ilm

Objekt genau wie beschrieben außer der Garten der eigentlich kein richtiger Garten ist Ruhig sauber gemütlich Für den Kamin gab es kein Holz trotzdem sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr schöne Zeit in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit herzlichen Vermietern

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt über Silvester sehr genossen. Das Haus ist auch im Winter perfekt für eine gemütliche und entspannte Zeit eingerichtet und man kann sehr schöne lange Spaziergänge machen. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Kurzurlaub.

Verträumtes Haus am Wasser

Das Haus ist wirklich modern eingerichtet, mit fast allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Für eine junge Familie wäre zumindest ein Hochstuhl noch wünschenswert, ansonsten ist das Haus aber mit wenigen Handgriffen kindersicher. Der Hausverwalter war sehr nett und wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
