I received the check in details on the day of my arrival. Was already in Melbourne before I received them. The apartment was lovely. Water front - nice views. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Great food nearby. Great pool.

Solo traveler visiting Melbourne for the NFL 49ers Rams game and had a 1st class stay at the Treasury on Collins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The balcony room was exceptional allowing for time outside to soak up the views and sounds of the city. Location in the CBD was outstanding. Close to so much and access to the free transit in the CBD zone and beyond to experience more of the city including to the game at the MCG was priceless. Definitely will look to stay here again when I return. This is a true luxury Hotel.

We were nervous about noise when we realised that the river view rooms overlooked the railway line as well but the bedrooms are double glazed and we slept just fine! The hotel is a great location for getting around on the free trams too. Staff are incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the internet which was incredibly slow for a major city. We’re from New Zealand but this won’t be an issue for locals.

The room was as described and very clean. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood near the Queen Victoria Market and walking distance to most restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

"The property is lack of maintenance, deck is worn and timber broken. Cleanness is poor . When we arrived in the afternoon, there was poo feces in the toilet but with a “ already cleaned” banner on the toilet seat."
